In this forum, organized by Build Europe, the association representing more than 30,000 housing developers and builders, the housing affordability crisis in the EU will be analyzed, along with its main barriers and possible solutions. The impact of European regulations on the sector will also be discussed, as well as the role of the CSRD and the EU Taxonomy in the real estate market. The session will conclude with a reflection on the reconstruction of Ukraine and the future of the sector in Europe.
