Ebru Özdemir, chair of the Turkey-Spain Business Council at DEİK, will showcase the strategic synergies between the Turkish and Spanish construction ecosystems. The session will highlight the opportunities for joint investments, the development of international projects and industrial partnerships that can reinforce the Mediterranean’s leadership of sustainability, innovation and infrastructure.

Prospering through connected life (Kalyon Kentsel session)
During this presentation we’ll introduce the Ion Riva project located in Riva, on the northern side of Istanbul. Ion Riva is designed as a unique lifestyle destination in which nature, culture, art and healthy living come together in harmony. It constitutes a modern example of connected living bringing together the community, sustainability and personal well-being. Particular emphasis will be placed on one of the project’s four iconic houses: the Beach House. We’ll go through the details of the Beach House concept, exploring its architecture, its design philosophy and the unique living experience it provides.

Presentation by Resit YILDIZ. Limak (Limak session) The design, engineering and construction of megaprojects under a fast-track scheme entail certain requirements from the standpoint of the project management. This is regardless of what kind of structure it is. We’ll explore these similarities through real-life examples taken from two mega projects: the 1915 Çanakkale Bridge and the Spotify Camp Nou.
