President de CIAAD: The Council for International Accreditation of Architecture & Design; i director fundador del centre d'innovació i sostenibilitat de la universitat de Canada - Dubai. Albert S. Fakhoury ha sigut moderador i professor d' arquitectura i disseny d'interiors entre el 2010 i 2017. Ha impartit cursos d'arquitectura i disseny a Notre-Dame, entre d'altres universitats prestigioses.
