The incorporation of women into the entire construction value chain

The session brings together representatives of the construction value chain to discuss the role of women in each of the actors involved in construction projects: Industrialists, Site Management, Project Management, Construction Management, Contracting and Management. In this space for reflection, participants will address some of the most important questions about the role of women in construction today, such as: Why are there so few women in the construction industry? What are the barriers to entry? What is the experience of these women in each part of the value chain? How do they behave in such a male-dominated environment?
