Integration of renewables and efficiency into the architecture of Saltoki Valencia

A 27,600 m2 Saltoki Group building designed in accordance with the most demanding energy efficiency criteria, as reflected in the installation of 1,863 photovoltaic solar panels, the monitoring of the energy distribution and storage, the zero consumption of fossil fuels, the integration of construction solutions based on energy use (surrounding façade with solar panels), the incorporation of electric vehicle charging, the air conditioning/ACS system powered by the building’s renewable energies and the HCL lighting.
